After graduating with distinction from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce, Daniel Roncari completed his legal studies at Queen’s University Faculty of Law in 2008. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009. From early on in his studies, Daniel was fascinated with the dynamic area of civil litigation because he felt no other area of law impacted a person’s life so directly and in such a positive manner as plaintiff personal injury law.
A passionate student of law, Daniel continues to keep himself abreast of new legislation and case law, all of which give his clients a discernible edge in their case. Daniel has had extensive experience conducting discoveries, attending mediations and arguing motions on behalf of clients. He has also appeared before both the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Court of Appeal for Ontario.
Born and raised in Hamilton, Daniel jumped at the opportunity to return to his home city and practice law under the esteemed William Morris. Daniel, much like the team at The Morris Law Group, is extremely dedicated to his clients and their cases, ensuring they get the best compensation possible. What sets him apart is his ability to explain the complexities of a case in layman’s terms, putting clients at ease and providing them with all the knowledge they need to move forward in the litigation process.
