Michael (Mike) Pawlowski began his career in insurance and after years of disliking how policy holders were treated, he made the change and went to work on behalf of the injured. Mike joined The Morris Law Group in 1999 as an Accident Benefits Consultant.

Mike came to the firm with a unique understanding of the claims process. He often knows what a case is worth to an insurance company and can tell clients what the prospects are of their benefits being paid.

With this knowledge in hand, Mike has a history of tremendous success in obtaining a fair and equitable settlement of accident benefits.

Knowing that many accident benefit clients suffer injuries that are not always visible, Mike uses his unfailing determination and imagination to fight on their behalf.

Mike sets his clients at ease with his openness and warm sense of humour. He is a tireless advocate for client entitlements and gains much satisfaction from helping others.

Mike graduated from the University of Toronto in 1972 with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Politics.

He is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Ontario. He has completed the Fellowship Program of the Insurance Institute of Canada. Mike is licensed as a paralegal with the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Since 1960, The Morris Law Group has become synonymous with fighting for the rights of injured persons. When you hire our firm, your case will have the full support and direction of a team of experienced personal injury lawyers, accident benefits consultants, and a full-time health professional. The Morris Law Group. Real People. Real Results.

Having worked in the insurance industry for over 28 years, Mike brings with him a wealth of insider knowledge that he uses to help victims navigate the accident benefit process. His understanding of the complexities involved in making a claim helps Mike to both prepare his clients and inform them on what they can and should get for a settlement.
