H. Jason Morris joined Accident Benefits Consultants
as a principal in 1995. Accident Benefits Consultants is a
firm created in 1994 by The Morris Law Group to assist clients
through the accident benefit process.
He plays a key role in representing client needs and resolving disputes with insurance companies on behalf of clients. He also assists the firms lawyers in the resolution of claims. His day to day responsibilities include interacting with clients and insurance companies, and helping negotiate payment entitlements for clients.
Jason
graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political
Science from the University of Toronto. He also has a diploma
in Business Administration at Sheridan College specializing
in marketing. He is an active member of both the Hamilton
Medical-Legal Society and of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association
. He also serves on the Board of the United Jewish Appeal
Federation.
