Steve’s
practice focuses exclusively on personal injury litigation,
which includes motor vehicle accidents, fatalities claims, disability
insurance claims, accident benefit claims, product liability
claims, medical malpractice insurance matters and, medical
malpractice.
Steve joined The Morris Law Group in 2001, after working
as a sole practitioner in a general law practice. As a result of this experience, he brings a broad range of legal knowledge and skills to his personal injury practice. Steve believes that his general practice background gives him an enhanced perspective and ability to help his clients "level the playing field" against the insurance companies.
He
was called to the Ontario Bar in 1989 with a Bachelor of Law degree
from the University of Western Ontario, as well as Bachelor
of Arts from Queens University.
Steve is a member of the Hamilton Law Association; Hamilton
Lawyer's Club, Hamilton Medical-Legal Society, and the Ontario
Trial Lawyers Association.
