Randy knows how crucial accident benefits are to helping someone who has been in an accident. It is these benefits that assist the injured with their immediate needs like treatments not covered by OHIP and ensuring injured persons can provide for themselves and their families. Randy is there throughout the process for his clients, doing whatever needs to be done.

Randall (Randy) Morris, a graduate of York University, did not always see himself working at the family firm, but when the opportunity arose, he accepted the challenge. With the introduction of no-fault insurance, The Morris Law Group realized there was a need to help guide clients throughout the accident benefits process.

Randy Morris joined the firm in 1994 to head up Accident Benefits Consultants, where he focuses on helping clients manage the requests of insurance companies and health care providers as well as assisting them in obtaining their benefits.

Proud to play a key role within the family firm, Randy is known as an extremely hard worker who takes the time to listen to his client’s needs. This dedication translates into getting them the benefits they really need and deserve.

He also plays a key role with The Morris Law Group in resolving disputes with insurance companies on behalf of clients. Since insurance companies are a profit-making enterprise, it is not always in their best interest to make it clear to the accident victim what they are entitled to. Randy ensures that his clients are aware of what benefits are available to them, and helps them to obtain those benefits.

He is an active member of both the Hamilton Medical-Legal Society and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. He is licensed as a paralegal with the Law Society of Upper Canada.
