Rehabilitation
Services
The Morris Law Group knows that there are many important issues for people who have been hurt in an accident. While the legal professionals work to make sure that a client’s rights are protected, our regulated health professional works to make sure that clients receive the best medical and rehabilitation care.
Kathy Gaudun is a Registered Nurse with extensive training and experience in brain injury and other catastrophic injuries. Her previous experience working at Chedoke-McMaster Hospital in the Acquired Brain Injury program gives her first hand knowledge of the many complexities of these injuries and their consequences.
Kathy works with health care providers to make sure that clients get the medical care and rehabilitation that they need. She consults with the legal team to confirm that all medical information necessary to support a claim is provided.
She interacts with health providers regularly to keep them informed about the issues that arise in insurance and the law.
Accident Benefits Consultants
Suffering a serious personal injury and making a claim to an insurance company is not an every day event. The legal and medical systems can be challenging and stressful worlds. That is why William Morris created Accident Benefit Consultants in 1994.
Accident Benefits Consultants (ABC) helps Morris Law Group clients through the claims maze. From the initial filing of forms, through the complicated world of benefits and assessments , ABC takes the burden off the client by acting as front line advocates. They provide clients with day to day assistance and information to ease the process and to make sure that everything possible is done to allow clients to access all the benefits that they require. When possible, or necessary, Accident Benefit Consultants assist in negotiating fair payment for benefit entitlement.
Co-managed by Randall and Jason Morris, and supported by Michael Pawlowski, Accident Benefit Consultants ensure that clients are heard and defended in the long months that may come before any lawsuit is ever resolved
