On May 8th and 9th, 2014, members of The Morris Law Group attended the 21st Annual Conference on Neurobehavioural Rehabilitation in Acquired Brain Injury. (An estimated 1.3 million Canadians are living with an acquired brain injury. Many of these individuals have been left with severe physical, cognitive and/or behavioural consequences.)
This year’s event, held at the Hamilton Convention Centre, focused on emerging and innovative technologies that are being used today to diagnose and treat brain injuries. Presenters and attendees shared experiences and explored practical, “real-life” ways these devices are being used to address complex rehabilitation issues.
