Lisa Morris joined the law firm in 1982 in the capacity of litigation paralegal. She graduated from the Legal Administration programme at Seneca College, and is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
Lisa worked in the role of Litigation Paralegal from 1982 to 2004, handling clients from the time they retained the firm until resolution of their case. A cancer survivor since 2004, Lisa now fulfills an integral role in the firm as coordinator of all new incoming client calls.
Lisa handles the initial phone call from potential clients. She sets them at ease and gives them an understanding of what to expect when engaging a law firm for a personal injury file.
Lisa’s warm voice, open ear and attention to detail are keys to the success of the firm. She is a great sounding board who has a knack for uncovering important details from a caller to help their case.
Should someone calling The Morris Law Group have a situation that needs to be dealt with by another type of law firm, Lisa will assist in providing advice as to whom they should direct their query.
Lisa is knowledgeable in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, accident benefits, slip and falls and medical malpractices, and directs new clients to one of our experienced legal teams.
On a personal note Lisa has taken part in several breast cancer walks and is an avid supporter of the cause. She is also the chairperson of the UJA campaign.
